What’s the Crypto Volatility about?

This is a story of crypto volatility depicted through various charts. What was & what is.

The purpose is for everyone to find his or her favourite charts - that suits them. There will be hundreds or thousands of charts eventually coming out.

Every chart is different, every chart is telling the story from a different angle. Therefore it’s all up to you - for your own interpretation.

The naming convention will be strict - thus you can follow the development of each chart, mostly your favourite ones as time goes, and importantly in the time when you need them the most.

For example the A1.1 or B1.5 charts from 2017 should be showing the same @crypto_volX index as A1.1 or B1.5 charts from 2020.

General acknowledgements:

Global macro markets dictate crypto markets. The crypto market evolves by itself, however does not live in a vacuum - this was recently seen in the global crunch - what is leveraged - gets liquidated eventually; what is liquid - sees outflows in time of uncertainty. Global macro matters.
The charts are not predictions! The charts shows: what was & what is. The future is a stream of probabilities, anything can happen.

The charts are market agnostic - they do not care if the market goes up or down, they just are.

There is reflexivity in everything. The bigger the price - the more the attention, the lower the price - the more the depression, and so on.
The will be very little to no commentary on the charts. Treat it like an art piece - it speaks to everyone in a different voice, in a different time, on a different chart. Not everyone likes Van Gogh, some like Basquiat and some like to draw themselves.

There will be no commentary on the current news, there are hundreds of sources you can get information from.

All indicators are proprietary.
